Never The Bride
In the very heart of the notorious London rock and roll scene exists a whirlwind duo of female energy and ecstasy who surround themselves with incredible musicians, all stars in their own rights. Please meet Never The Bride, who have chosen The Stables as the location for the recording of their new live album and they would love to see you out there in the audience for this special occasion - history in the making.
On stage on the night you’ll see a band of world class musicians from all around the world who have toured and recorded with all the greats - We have Sally Jo from Australia on 6 String Flying V Electric Violin, Keith Atack on Electric and Slide Guitars, David Levy on Bass, Richie Newman on Drums, Fergus Gerrand on astounding percussion, Jolly Jumper from Norway on Harmonica, John Emms from Germany on Trumpet. We are pulling out all the stops, for sure this is going to be one great concert and live album with you all cheering the band on… what you give will come right back at you Tenfold!
Legendary DJ Bob Harris loves the band so much, he’ll be personally introducing them on The Stables stage.
"Never The Bride are an absolutely brilliant band, one of the best live bands in Britain. You must see them play live. Nikki and Been give everything onstage. They rock!"
(Bob Harris, BBC Radio 2)
"I agree with Bob! They are a really exciting bunch of mighty fine musicians"
(Nicky Horne - Friday Night Rock Show - Classic Rock Magazine Show)
"Inspirational. I got goosebumps and the hair stood up on the back of my neck"
(Dame Shirley Bassey)
“Best rock voice since Janis Joplin” (Roger Daltrey)
“Never the Bride have outstanding vocal and musical ability… They’re charismatic and captivating and by the end of their show you will become part of their family... Don't miss a note!” (Sue Marchant - BBC Local Radio)
The ladies’ roll-call list is simply mind blowing. Their legendary career merely represents their journey so far – and remains a testament for what dangerously is yet to come. Join us on the 20th August and be a part of it.
